An impressively grand residence consisting of 5 fabulously appointed apartments, conveniently located in the heart of Pateley Bridge.

Nydsley Hall is a stunning period building, boasting original features throughout, including the exquisite tiled floor in the vastly elegant entrance hall. Each of the 5 suites has its own unique charm. All have the benefit of the most glorious views over Pateley Bridge and the surrounding countryside. 3 of the exceptionally large apartments have a private garden or terrace with hot tub, and the first floor apartment has a large roof terrace with panoramic views.

The Lodge Suite
With a private entrance and secluded garden, the 2-bedroom lodge suite is the perfect hideaway. The large lounge diner, with its huge snuggly sofas and mid-century elegance, leads out to the private garden with decked area, lawn and hot tub.

The Grande Suite
With its huge open-plan kitchen and living space, the Grande Suite will take your breath away. It’s the perfect choice for a sophisticated gathering. The high-spec and well equipped Kesseler Kitchen is the perfect social hub with its central island and dining area – open to the uber stylish lounge with deep, comfortable sofas and Smart TV with Netflix.
The front garden is the real icing on the cake in this suite, and it also boasts a hot tub in the more secluded side garden.

The Terrace Suite
With its gloriously high ceilings and air of elegance, the Terrace Suite is sure to impress. The double aspect lounge diner overlooking both the gardens and Pateley Bridge is a charming space. With elegant designer Italian sofas, mid-century antique furniture and original abstract artwork it’s an achingly cool room.
2 Bedrooms (1 x Kingsize En-Suite with Dressing Room, 1 x Double), Bathroom with roll top bath, Lounge / Dining area, Kitchen, Huge terrace with views over the river and countryside.

The Penthouse
With the sweeping staircase up, and vaulted ceilings, the penthouse is an impressive space. The ultra-modern lounge / kitchen / diner, with designer furnishings is supremely comfortable. The sleek Kesseler Kitchen is very well equipped; with everything you need to cook up a culinary feast. There’s a fabulous dining area for 4, and super stylish sofa where you can chill out for an evening of board games or films.

The Nook is a spacious basement apartment with private entrance at ground level, and boasts a private patio with hot tub.

Additional Information

Luxury Amenities Throughout. Wonderfully soft white linens, towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are all provided for your comfort in every bedroom. And in each bathroom, you’ll find gorgeously scented, vegan and paraben-free toiletries which have been created locally by H2K of Harrogate.

Guest Access
Guest access is via key safe at the entrance. You will be sent your unique entry codes by email (or message system on third party sites).

Our beds are extremely luxurious, and you are guaranteed an excellent nights sleep. Please note that it is not possible to make the doubles or kings into separate smaller beds.

The property has individually controlled gas central heating. Each apartment has a nest controller in the lounge of your suite.

Hot Tubs:
Three of our apartments have hot tubs. Please respect our neighbours and other guests by only using the from 9.00am until 9.00 pm.

Pateley Bridge is a very quiet rural village and sound travels at night. For this reason we do not recommend anyone makes a booking if they feel it would be difficult to keep their music and other noise at a level which would not cause inconveneince to other apartments within the hall, and our neighbours.

The Garden, Grande and Terrace Suite have two parking spaces.
The Lodge and Penthouse suites have 1 parking space.

One small to medium sized, house trained dog is welcome, if advised at the time of booking.
Please advise us prior to arrival if bringing pets as there is a small surcharge of £30 per pet. (per stay, not per night)

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, A substantial deep cleaning charge will be payable plus any damages to furnishings must be paid for. (see Rental Agreement for details)

Short Breaks:
Accepted all year round.

Facilities for Babies and Young Children:
We have a high chair and travel cot for babies available and should be requested prior to arrival.

We have excellent WiFi throughout the property. The code for the Wifi will be emailed to you, and is also in the Welcome Pack located in the lounge upon arrival.
