Luxury Amenities Throughout. Wonderfully soft white linens, towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are all provided for your comfort in every bedroom. And in each bathroom, you’ll find gorgeously scented, vegan and paraben-free toiletries which have been created locally by H2K of Harrogate.
Guest access is via secure keypad at the entrance, and a unique digital entry sytem to your suite. You will be sent your unique entry codes by email (or message system on third party sites).
The property is heated by state of the art infrared panels. We set the thermostats at a constant, comfortable 20 degrees C, and this can be adjusted to your desired setting in the entry hallway of your suite.
One small to medium sized, house trained dog is welcome, if advised at the time of booking. A dog bowl is provided under the sink.
Please advise us prior to arrival if bringing pets as there is a small surcharge of £30 per pet. (per stay, not per night)
The closest car park is Q Park, Albion Street (a few minutes walk away).
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, A substantial deep cleaning charge will be payable plus any damages to furnishings must be paid for. (see Rental Agreement for details)

We have a high chair and travel cot for babies available and should be requested prior to arrival.
We have excellent WiFi throughout the property. The code for the Wifi will be emailed to you, and is also in the Welcome Pack located in the lounge upon arrival.
